My husband and I purchased a brand new 5th wheel from Robert Crist & Co. in February of this year, and we would like to bring to your attention the absolutely excellent Customer Service the employees at Robert Crist & Co. extended to us. We currently reside in Las Vegas, NV, and believe it or not, we are not used to being treated with such kindness, patience, and thorough knowledge, as what your staff demonstrates at Robert Crist & Co.
Our, salesman, Al Brown, was absolutely great with us; as was Bobbie Ryan, Steve Decarolis, Mary Davies, Jane, and Keith. All of these people need to be recognized for being a totally GREAT TEAM of people who really care for their customers.
We have already had a few chances to enjoy our Dutchmen 5th wheel, and if we hear of anyone looking for a good company to deal with, we will by far recommend that extra 300 mile trip from Las Vegas, to Mesa, AZ to purchase a trailer.
