Dear Mr. (Paul) Skogebo:
Thank you for seeing me on our recent visit to Mesa. I also want to thank you for your consideration of our request for assistance with the problems we experienced with our Monaco Dynasty.
As I mentioned to you in the past, I have always believed that the management of Robert Crist was top shelf. You proved that I was correct in placing our trust in your policy of customer satisfaction and care. I have always believed that verbal commitments were as valid as written commitments and you proved that you stand behind the commitments that your employees make.
I have attached the questionnaire that you sent last September. While we were visiting Robert Crist we also talked to Steve. I believe you made a wise decision when you promoted Steve to Service Manager.
We will again return to Robert Crist next year and will tell our friends that for excellent service, a fair deal and management that cares about their customers, they should also check with Robert Crist. When we are ready to upgrade, we will certainly remember how well we were treated when we purchased our last two motorhomes.
