Hello Clint,
I have to drop you this message in regards to the experience that we received from your staff at World Wide RV. Your staff treated us with the greatest care and concern in our purchase of the 1999 Dutch Star. This has been an experience for us as we never thought that we would purchase anything as big as this over the internet. We were wrong, with the help received from Trish and Andy, we were delighted. Trish takes great pictures of the motorhomes and with the details she puts on the internet as well as pictures requested, it gave us an assurance that we were getting what we were bargaining for. Trish went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied with the motorhome, and did everything to help us get over the boarder and home. Never once did a request for information or help go unanswered. This has been an experience that my wife and myself will not forget.
In Canada, we do not have the selection of motorhomes that are in Mesa. The salesmen here are more interested in getting the sale completed and not worrying about whether the customer is happy with the purchase. If I was asked if we would come back to Mesa and buy another motorhome, the answer would be YES. Anyone asking us about our experiences with World Wide RV, will be given a great place to deal with and information on how to contact you.
In you program about the extra care taken by your staff, we have to say that Trish deserves more that a pat on the back. As we said above, Trish went that extra to show that we were well received and taken care of at every step of the way. This was even after we were on our way home. We have not received that type of care when we have purchased anything here in Canada.
Andy was the second contact person we had at World Wide RV, and even Andy was concerned with the sale and our well being. Exceptional service and professionalism from Andy made the sale a memorable experience as well.
To tell you the truth, all the staff at World Wide RV made us feel like they were concerned about our sale and well being.
Please give everyone there our heart felt thank you for being so helpful and making this purchase a great experience. We will return again and hope to be able to send our friends down to see your staff. If there is any other information that you may need to help with getting Canadians across the boarder easier, we will be more than happy to give any prospects the information needed so that they can have a experience that we had.
