Dear Administrative Staff:
It's not often we have the opportunity to write to a company to say THANKS. The reason for this letter is to express gratitude for all your helpful staff, but especially Trish Brown.
From our first contact with Trish over the internet, we were impressed with her level of service. She returns calls/e-mails promptly, has an answer or will find one quickly, is very product knowledgeable and always is pleasant and courteous. It has been a pleasure to do business with her. She helped immensely as we purchased our first brand-new motorhome and she aided us in the process all the way-even through our myriad of questions and concerns.
Kent was also very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Our dealings with him were less extensive than with Trish, but he too made us feel very comfortable with the financial aspects. As did Roberto with our walk-through, LuAnna with her part and Dean with the out of state delivery.
Thank you for employing such outstanding peoples in your Mesa office. Because of them-and most especially Trish, we will be recommending your company often.
